According to the Manhattan Beach Police Department and witnesses who spoke with CBS LA, a black SUV crashed into the front of Suds & Duds Coin-Op Laundry on Aviation Boulevard Tuesday evening. Aerial footage from the scene showed the SUV had driven through the front of the laundromat, destroying the storefront. Witnesses told CBS LA that a person who was struck by the vehicle inside the laundromat was killed. Manhattan Beach Police Department officers were seen surveying the area as their investigation began.
