WHAT YOU WILL DO
Efficiently manage a caseload of pre-litigation cases.
Conduct legal research and analysis and collaborate with staff and investigators to gather evidence.
Communicate with clients, insurance companies, and medical providers throughout the claims process.
Demand claims and negotiate resolutions for Third-Party and First-Party (UM/UIM) liability claims.
Prepare legal documents, including demand letters, mediation briefs, and Petitions for Minor’s Compromise.
Lead and oversee a team to ensure optimal case management.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
Admission to The State Bar of California.
Passion for helping people and advocating for injured clients.
Strong administrative skills, including effective organization of files, documents, and records.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for case assessment.
Ability to draft clear and concise legal documents.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Desire to grow and develop within Personal Injury law.
Strong leadership abilities, including team management skills.
