The victim, whose identity remains undisclosed at present, was seated in the passenger’s seat of the Rav 4. Regrettably, she was pronounced dead at the scene, marking a devastating outcome of the crash.

Initial reports from the Fullerton Police Department suggest that the BMW, traveling southbound in the number one lane, collided with the rear of the stationary Toyota Rav 4, which had halted at a red light. Subsequently, the BMW struck the driver’s side of the Chevrolet Silverado, which was also stationary in the adjacent lane.

The collision resulted in injuries to two individuals, a 22-year-old and a 25-year-old, both Anaheim residents, who were promptly transported to local hospitals for treatment. Meanwhile, the 18-year-old driver of the Chevrolet, a Fullerton resident, received medical attention at the scene and was subsequently released.

Authorities have highlighted several factors that are currently under scrutiny as potential contributors to the cause of such tragic collisions in Orange County. The speed of the BMW driver, coupled with suspicions of alcohol and/or drug involvement, are all subjects of investigation, as indicated by the Fullerton Police Department in a recent news release.
