Santa Ana, CA (July 14, 2024)- Pedestrian Fatally Hit by Multiple Vehicles: A tragic incident unfolded on the Santa Ana (5) Freeway when a pedestrian was fatally hit by multiple vehicles late Friday night. According to authorities, the California Highway Patrol (CHP) reported that the accident occurred around 11:45 p.m. on the southbound lanes of the freeway, just east of First Street in Santa Ana.
The victim, a man wearing a plaid jacket, was found lying on the right shoulder of the freeway.
