Los Angeles, CA (May 22, 2024)- Suspect apprehended following collision that injured a vehicle occupant in the North Hollywood area on Wednesday. The incident began around 7:40 p.m. when Beverly Hills police responded to reports of a person brandishing a weapon in the Beverly Hills area.
The suspect led authorities on a dangerous pursuit, driving recklessly on surface streets. He drove on the wrong side of Mulholland Drive at one point, narrowly avoiding multiple oncoming vehicles.
The chase culminated in a high-speed crash at the intersection of Colfax Avenue and Erwin Street, where the suspect’s vehicle collided with another car, injuring its occupant.
