Los Angeles, CA (May 23, 2024)- Sylmar Multi-Car Crash Injures Eight, including four children, in a multi-vehicle collision at a three-way intersection in Sylmar, leaving one of the vehicles overturned.
The crash occurred on Thursday shortly before 3 p.m. in the 14900 block of West Hubbard Street, involving at least four vehicles, according to Los Angeles Fire Department spokesman Brian Humphrey.
Emergency responders quickly arrived on the scene to find a chaotic and distressing situation with multiple injuries and significant vehicle damage.
“Though seatbelts were used, some of the children were improperly restrained,” Humphrey stated. “No child car seats were being used, and at least two of the children were sharing one seatbelt.”
